Bayside Saloon & Grill appears to be a bar that has an expanded menus but they have really great food including steaks and desserts. I tried the light dinner menu which had a steak and a shrimp skewer and some tator tots. The steak was very tender and the steak and shrimp were well seasoned. I also sampled the beast burger which had great flavor. We sampled the pretzel sticks and cheese curds. Both were great. We also tried two different martinis. Both were excellent. I would return to eat here again.

Wonderful. Great atmosphere. Nice local bar/restaurant with great food. Service was top notch. Shrimp cocktail was fantastic. Huge shrimp and cocktail sauce was the bomb ! Broiled Walleye was perfect. Small issue with entree was handled with high level of professionalism. Oh...and beer was cold!! Thank you!

This was the kind of first-time visit that makes us want to go back for more! We made a spontaneous visit at 5pm on a Friday and lucked out to get a seat on the patio. Molly was our server, and she was fantastic--very busy, but we were never left lacking. I had cider while my husband had a beer. The menu has a broad selection of items, but we were drawn to the same thing on this visit--the fried walleye. I ordered it with side salad and rice pilaf, while my husband ordered an extra filet and with fries on the side. For an appetizer, we had fried cheese curds, and they were fantastic. Piping hot, squeaky, and crisp. The side salads were nice and fresh. Our main dishes were so very good, too. It was an incredibly satisfying meal and experience.

You would this this place was just a bar but the food was beyond basic! The shrimp were huge in the scampi and I ordered a chicken sandwich. So good! Service was amazing and food was delicious!

Both the broiled and fried walleye was excellent. Potato soup is as good as it's gets. Salad lack luster but homemade blue cheese was superb. 5 star despite the premade salad, everything else deserves high ratings. Service perfect, Heather took care of us

Had a very nice dinner here recently. Stopped in after a quick Google search. They say they are known for steaks and martinis. Sounds good right? Our server was with us immediately telling us about the specials and how to navigate the martini menu. Ordered a couple of the martinis and they hit the spot. Wife ordered the gouda and onion burger and added mushrooms to it. The burger was devoured quickly. The fries were amazing and just the right amount of salt. I got the larger sized rib eye and it was cooked perfectly and came out sizzling. The loaded baked potato was nice as well. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be back. Bet the view is really pretty in the summer too. Lots of partitions so it is Covid friendly (unfriendly? )

Stopped in tonight and had the Pork Chop. My husband had the special, the Protein Bowl. We enjoyed a glass of wine with both delicious meals. The banana cheesecake is out of this world! The staff was friendly, efficient and attentive! The new owner is very pleasant and receptive to opinions. So glad we stopped in!

Best steak in the area! Very friendly bartenders and helpful staff. They have a good selection on the menu and use quality meat. Great place for meat lovers. The cocktail shrimp are very large and delicious.
